Nov 28 Posted on November 28, 2025 Good morning, Huskies! Today is Friday, November 28th and we are on an Assembly Schedule. Mrs. Allaby wants to thank all the students and staff who attended the Canadian Blood Services presentation Wednesday. We currently have 17 students signed up to donate blood on December 2nd, but don’t fret, there are 8 spots left! We want to fill the bus. This is an amazing opportunity to do something good for your community and potentially save 3 lives! Please remember you must be 17 years of age or older to donate or mail in your STEM cell registry sample. If you want to complete a STEM cell sample, Mrs. Allaby has extra and will take any that are ready to be mailed. If you need help signing up or have questions, please see Mrs. Allaby at lunch or send her a message on Teams. We are looking for students who would be interested in helping out with the house committee for next week’s production of “A Wicked Christmas Carol”. We will need students to be present during performances of the play next week. Your duties would include passing out programs and showing people to their seats. Come see Mr. McCarthy in room 214 for more information. This is something that would look great on a resume. We are still in need of help with hair and makeup for the play. If you can help, please see Mrs.Richard. Our cafeteria will be serving Black Friday Door Crasher deal today for only $3: Today – Pizza Bites Grads – You will be going skating on December 3rd leaving at 10:20 and returning at 12:00, it costs $3 to attend. Please have your money in to Mrs. Richard ASAP to assure you have a spot on the bus. Sports: The Varsity Girls Basketball Team faced a tough loss to KVHS last night in exhibition play 78-52.
