Thank you! Forms for Ski and Snowboard club are due Tuesay, Dec 9th. If you have not returned yours yet or if you are interested in joining but need to fill out forms, please see Ms. McMackin today. Payments for Ski/Snowboard club are due on Dec. 15 on Cashless Schools. Until Dec. 18, Develop and Lead students are collecting new socks, toques, mittens, and scarves to support the Rotary Box of Socks Campaign. This campaign was created after a member from the community spoke to someone experiencing homelessness and they said they really appreciate it when they can change their old soggy dirty socks out for some warm new ones. Please help fill the box in the learning commons with items to keep warm this winter. The next Coffeehouse will be taking place on Monday, December 15th. Any students interested in performing should check in with Ms. Dowling and keep an ear out for an information meeting coming soon! Have you been wondering what our Spring Musical will be this year? The wait is almost over! Join us for a special information meeting in the theatre at lunch on Monday, where we’ll officially reveal the show title and provide details about auditions. Whether you sing, dance, act, build, paint, or just want to try something new, everyone is welcome. Come find out what exciting production we’ll be bringing to the stage. Don’t miss the big reveal… see you on Monday! Campus Market: Hey Hampton High!!! In case you didn’t notice the calendar has flipped to December on the Gregorian calendar and you know what that means, right? If your guess is celebrations whether those be Bodai Day for Buddhists, Christmas for Christians, Hanukkah for our Jewish students, or Kwanza for those of African descent that’s a big negatory, good buddy. Ah-it has to be Winter Break beginning on December 19th? That’s as negative like an iPhone’s chance of holding a charge. Then for it has to be, for all of you super connected, I’ll die without my phone, Gen Zee-er’s International Dewey Decimal System Day on December 10th. We know you’re all secretly visiting the local library and reading those things old farts call books. Well, we know that’s not happening. So, what is it that has you, young, bright lights of the future so riled up in eager anticipation? If you haven’t figured it out yet from this ridiculous announcement, it is the last campus market of 2025! As Spencer says, in his pun of the week, WHOO HOO! On Wednesday, December 10th the most anticipated December event at Hampton High takes place during Working Period and 1st half of lunch between 11:55 and 12:55. And the offerings this time around are as legendary as these announcements. Your fellow students will have for sale: candy and candles, stickers and spinners, lures and loquacious jewelry, and ornaments and odd signs. In short, almost everything a Zee-er could want. So, start bugging your period 3 teacher now because, let’s face it, they’re tired of looking at you too, and get them to bring you down during working period on the 10th. See you at the market.
