April 23, 2026

Good morning, Huskies! Today is Thursday, April 23rd and we are on a regular schedule.
Today is Thursday, so there will be a sewing and mending session during lunch hour in room 205.
Tomorrow you can bring a small container to room 205 to receive a bit of soil and a seed to take home.
As for your Earth Day fact; In recent years, Canadian Earth Day efforts have shifted heavily towards eliminating single-use plastics from the Great Lakes and coastlines. Community shoreline cleanups often peak in late April as part of Earth Day celebrations. These events remove thousands of pounds worth of trash before it can get into aquatic ecosystems, and wreck havoc on our beloved Shèdiac Lobster.
—SRRC ANNOUNCEMENTS—
As for your SRRC Announcements, today is Students Dress like Teachers Day. I quite expect some of you to be wearing suits, and the teachers to be wearing pajamas.
And remember, there’s only 6 days until the long awaited spring dance! The decorations and food will be excellent, so it’ll be worth your time to show up. The dance is from 7 till 10, and tickets go on sale tomorrow in the office during break and lunch.
That’s all from me today folks, have an excellent Thursday Huskies!
