Coffee House takes place tonight here at HHS (7:00 pm) Reminder: a parade float will be happening today in room 205 at lunch. Anyone interested in helping with the float is encouraged to attend. There will also be a parade float walker meeting in room 205 at break today. Sports: JV Boys basketball team lost to Salisbury 45-79 with top scorers Oakley Greene with 24, Kyle Steeves 8, Jarvis Sheehan 7. Boys Hockey @ RHS (8:00 pm) Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Basketball Team, who placed 3rd in the Simonds High School Varsity Girls Tip-Off Tournament over the weekend. Game #1 vs Simonds High ended in an 84-60 win for the Huskies. Player of the game was Sarah Stolle for an incredible performance with 15 points and 7 steals. Leading scorers were Brooke Mombourquette with 19, Isabella Gonzalez with 16 and Sarah Stolle with 15. Game #2 vs Oromocto High, while being down Annabelle, Claire and Brooke to injury and illness, the Huskies did not disappoint. Finishing the game with a two-point loss, 54-52. Player of the game was Isabella Gonzalez, who played nearly the entire game, while having 4 fouls the majority of Quarter 4, and scoring 10 points. Leading scorers were Ashley Coleman with 19, Isabella Gonzalez with 10 and Sarah Stolle with 8. The loss to Oromocto put the Huskies into the 3rd place game vs Hartland. The Huskies did not disappoint again as they pulled off an impressive 82-71 win to secure the third-place spot. Player of the game was Ashley Coleman with a career high 29 points, 16 rebounds, 5 steals and 3 blocks. Leading scorers were Ashley Coleman with 29, Isabella Gonzalez with 20 and Sarah Stolle with 11.
